Welcome to New Hope Chiropractic in Star. My name is Dr. Richard “Ed” Adams, your Chiropractor in Star Idaho. Before opening New Hope Chiropractic, my wife and I ran a large family practice in a big city. After 18 years in practice, my family and I were ready to slow down. We relocated to beautiful Star, Idaho and are now living the life we always dreamed of.

WELCOME TO New Hope Chiropractic
There’s a reason for the name “New Hope”. Sometimes people lose hope when they seek medical attention for a health condition and don’t get the results they desire.
Through the years, many patients have come to me as a last resort, and I have been able to help them restore their health and give them new hope!
New Hope Chiropractic is located in beautiful Star Idaho, conveniently located to serve the communities of the Treasure Valley. We serve the cities of Star, Middleton, Eagle, Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna and Emmett. Our office address is 11221 W. Hercules Dr., #100, Star ID 83669. We are located next to Anytime Fitness just off of Star Rd, about a block south of State Hwy 44.
New Hope Chiropractic doesn't look like your typical chiropractic clinic. Our goal was to create a space that is warm, welcoming and comfortable. Most importantly, we want it to be a space where we can take care of one person at a time. After years of operating a large busy practice, we find that the ‘one at a time’ approach works best.
What does this mean for you? It means that you will receive quality chiropractic care, uninterrupted. It means that you will have the doctors’ undivided attention, allowing you to build a one on one relationship.
We will never rush your care and will always take the time to address your concerns. It also means no long waits in a reception room, wondering when Dr. Adams is going to see you.
OUR FOCUS
I have always chosen to stick to doing what I do best. Therefore, my primary focus is to deliver the best chiropractic adjustments possible. Through the years, I have developed my own personal adjusting techniques that have shown proven results. The patients that visit our chiropractic office come from a diverse range of backgrounds, occupations, ages and cultures. Each patient has individual needs and health goals. It is our job at New Hope Chiropractic to determine how we can help with those needs, and how we can work together with other health professional to achieve the best results for our patients. Some common conditions we care for are, lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, numbness and tingling, sacroiliac joint pain, neuralgia, disc problems, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, joint pain, sciatica, sports injuries. We are also advocates of prevention and seek to educate our patients in all aspects of wellness care.
Over the years in practice, we have found that some people might have misconceptions about chiropractic care. If you have never seen a chiropractor, you may have questions. Perhaps you have seen a chiropractor and just want to know a little bit more about New Hope Chiropractic. We find the best way to answers those question is to schedule a consultation.
